Analyst – Operations
Hung is a Cloud Ops Engineer with vast experience supporting the efficient running of platform tasks via automation and integration of applications. He’s covered a long swathe of responsibilities – everything from general operations tasks, to collaborating with project advocates toward solutions that go beyond specifications for third-party apps. Whether creating pipelines, decommissioning / sunsetting procedures, or documentation for in-house and marketing support, Hung’s goal as a team player is to improve processes and product experience with reliability and cleanliness in mind.
A native of the Boston area, Hung is a graduate of Worcester State University, where he earned his BS in Business Administration and Marketing. His previous work experience with 3PL Central as a Site Reliability Engineer and VF Corp as a Cloud Ops Engineer is invaluable to Lightkeeper as the firm expands and streamlines its services in an increasingly complex regulatory world, providing security and compliance solutions for portfolio and investment-management requirements.
In his free time, Hung is an accomplished rock climber and dancer, and devotes time to D&D, gaming, and reading.
