The Power of Partnership

Lightkeeper is a portfolio intelligence and analytics platform purpose-built for investment managers. But technology is only part of the story.

Since 2010, we have partnered closely with investment firms to help them centralize data, streamline operations, and unlock deeper investment insights. Our platform continuously evolves to meet the changing needs of investment managers, including AI-powered workflows that make every team more efficient and every decision better informed. Our combination of purpose-built technology and hands-on expertise enables clients to solve complex challenges faster and scale with confidence.

Today, Lightkeeper serves more than 160 investment management firms globally, supporting over $600 billion in assets under administration. From portfolio managers and risk teams to investor relations and operations, clients rely on Lightkeeper not just as a trusted technology platform to provide actionable insights from their data, but as a genuine partner in their success.

Founding story

Modernizing Data for Institutional Firms

Lightkeeper was founded on a simple belief: investment teams should spend their time acting on insights, not wrestling with data to get them.

Co-founded by Danny Dias, Larry Longo, and Robert Tishman, all of whom previously co-founded Tamale Software and 033 Asset Management, Lightkeeper was built by people who understood investment management from the inside

What began as an effort to solve that challenge has evolved into a leading global platform that helps investment managers centralize and validate their data, streamline analytics and reporting, and make decisions with greater confidence. Today, that original mission remains the same: helping firms spend less time managing data and more time putting it to work.

True Partners

Built With Our Clients, For Our Clients

Lightkeeper’s 99% client retention rate doesn’t happen by accident. It reflects a deliberate approach to what a technology partnership should look like in investment management.

Our Client Solutions team doesn’t just resolve tickets; they work directly alongside firms to understand their workflows, anticipate their needs, and ensure they’re getting maximum value from the platform as their business evolves.

Our team brings deep investment management expertise to every engagement, understanding not just the technology but the operational realities, reporting pressures, and analytical demands that investment professionals face every day. When a Lightkeeper team member works alongside your firm, they already understand your world.

That same expertise also shapes how the platform evolves. Every capability Lightkeeper offers today has been shaped by the collective experience of our client community, 160+ firms whose real-world challenges and evolving requirements drive our product roadmap. When a new firm joins Lightkeeper, they immediately benefit from that accumulated knowledge. They are not starting from scratch; they are inheriting more than a decade of refinement.
