Junior DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Automate, automate, automate. Automate anything and everything that is repeated and manual to improve efficiency and reduce errors in IT support workflows.
- IT support and Windows administration. Our team is growing team and there are opportunities to contribute and take ownership of expanding IT support operations, leveraging your skills to meet the increasing demands of our dynamic environment.
- Assist with deployment, of secure instances in the cloud
- Help ensure the reliability, security, and performance of cloud and on premise infrastructure

- BA / BS degree
- 1-3 years of experience
- Self-motivated, strong work ethic and interested in working in a small business environment
- Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language (We use Python/Bash primarily).
- Comfortable working in a terminal
- Familiarity with Windows administration tools (AzureAD/EntraID, Intune, Office365)
- Experience with the cloud management, especially AWS (VPC, EC2, S3, etc)
- Positive attitude
- Strong communication skills to interact both internally and externally with clients and vendors
- Bonus skills: source control experience (e.g. Git), configuration management experience (e.g. SaltStack/Ansible), web development experience, Hashicorp tools, Slack API
Client Solutions Analyst

We are looking for someone with the following skills to be a valuable member of our Client Solutions team in Boston.
Responsibilities:
- Managing client relationships and day-to-day product support
- Working directly with hedge fund and investment professionals to produce custom reports
- Training new and existing users on the platform
- Developing and updating new stats, standard reports, and product features
- Maintaining client and user data
- Coordinating billing and payment processes
Qualifications:
2–4 years of work experience in the hedge fund, alternative asset management, accounting, or financial services industries
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Exceptional organizational habits
- Strong communication skills with experience interacting with large teams and/or external clients
- Understanding of financial statements and basic accounting
- Basic knowledge of various financial instruments such as futures, forwards, options, fixed income and foreign currencies, in addition to equities is a plus
- Programming background would be helpful, but not mandatory
- Undergraduate degree required, graduate degree / professional certification a plus

About the Opportunity: (New York)
Lightkeeper is seeking a self-motivated, experienced, Fin-Tech Sales Executive to join our rapidly growing team. Lightkeeper is the industry leader in data driven Portfolio Intelligence.. Lightkeeper provides much needed data management technology, analytics and reporting tools to the asset management industry.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold-calling, networking and various other prospecting techniques
- Qualify leads and develop a concise understanding of prospects’ decision-making processes and criteria
- Work collaboratively with other groups within Lightkeeper, specifically members of the Client Solutions and Client Integration teams, to ensure each prospective customers requirements and expectations are aligned
- Development of relationships with decision-influencing senior executives within prospect organizations
- Ability to drive opportunities to contract sign-off — experience with negotiation of terms
- Comfortable traveling regularly both within the US and globally
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience selling to or working within the Hedge Fund or Asset Management industry
- Excellent communicator
- Track record of consistently exceeding annual quota targets
- High competence in delivering product presentations and managing client questions
- High level of professional demeanor
- Undergraduate Degree is required; post-graduate degree is a plus
